     Mark has celebrated the native, important, and beautiful flora and fauna around him in through his “Dancing Birds” and “Fluttering Fleurs”. Mark loves creating vibrant paintings that distill an identifiable subject into exaggerated angular color shapes and lines, leaving a recognizable but impressionistic depiction of said subject. Mark loves sharing his passion for color and how it engages viewers with others. His paintings always have a sense of rhythm, and fun, disarming compositional elements that make the painting seem to come alive. Mark has artwork in numerous private art collections throughout the U.S.
